STARS College Network Drive-In at Vanderbilt

Check-in
Check in and breakfast will begin at 10:00 a.m. CST at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The formal program will begin shortly after. Signs and tour guides will be available to direct you to the correct location.

Due to space limitations, and in an effort to accommodate as many students as possible, please be aware that only the registered student and their guest may attend the STARS Drive-In at Vanderbilt.

Schedule of Events
We have an exciting day planned for you! Please note, after check-in and breakfast, students and parents will have separate programming throughout the day. Both students and parents will learn information on Vanderbilt, STARS College Network, financial aid, and discuss best practices for applying to college. Our day will end with a tailgate-themed dinner for all parents and students from 3:30–5:00 p.m.!

Travel Reimbursement
All attendees will receive a reimbursement to cover mileage at a rate of $0.655 per mile, up to a total of 600 miles round-trip. Upon registration, attendees will receive instructions regarding required documentation.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available at the 2525 West End Garage located on 2500 Kensington Pl, Nashville, TN 37203.

Planning Your Visit

• Weather – The STARS Drive-In at Vanderbilt will happen rain or shine – please come prepared!
• What to Bring + What to Wear – Please bring a reusable water bottle. There are refilling stations around campus. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as events will take place in various locations throughout our campus.
