Organization Visit Request

Thank you for your interest in arranging an Organizational Visit to Vanderbilt University. This form is intended for groups seeking to request visit dates or times that are not listed on our Organizational Visit Calendar.

Visit Overview

Organizational Visits typically include:

A 30-minute information session led by an admissions staff member
A 45-minute student-led walking tour of campus

Both components are offered based on staff and space availability.

Eligibility & Group Requirements

Eligible Groups: High school groups and community-based organizations that serve high school students.
Group Size: We accommodate requests for groups of 15–60 students, not including chaperones.
Chaperones: A minimum of one adult chaperone per 10 students is required.
Scheduling:
- Organizational Visit Requests should be requested at least three weeks in advance for the best results.
- All requests are scheduled Monday–Friday during standard business hours; availability varies based on staff capacity, campus events, and space limitations.
Arrival: Groups must plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes early for check-in.
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the visit.

Submitting this form does not confirm your visit.
After your request is received, our office will review availability for your preferred date and follow up by email within two business days.
All requests are considered based on group size, staffing, and campus scheduling demands.
