Thank you for your interest in visiting Vanderbilt University for an Organization Group Visit. Please complete this form and include all information including special requests.
We consider requests for groups of up to 60, not including chaperones. Groups must be accompanied by at least one chaperone per 10 students. Visits typically consist of a 30-minute information session with an admissions staff member, followed by a 30-minute campus tour with a current tour guide, based on staff availability.
After receiving your request, we will follow up in 2-3 business days with availability for your preferred date. Please note that we are not able to fulfill all requests, and all requests must be made two weeks prior to your preferred visit date. Submitting this request form does not serve as a confirmation of your group’s registration. Please wait for a confirmation email for your visit before making travel plans to Vanderbilt University & Nashville, TN.
