Organization Visit Registration

Thank you for your interest in our Organizational Visit program. Please use the calendar below to select an available visit type and date for your group.

Visit Options

• Information Session & Campus Tour
  A 30-minute admissions information session followed by a 45-minute walking tour of campus.
• Information Session Only
  A 30-minute admissions information session.
• Campus Tour Only
  A 45-minute walking tour of campus led by a current Vanderbilt student.

Guidelines

• Eligible Groups: Organizational Visits are designed for high school students and community-based organizations serving high school students.
• Group Size: We accommodate groups of 15-60 students (chaperones not included).
  • Groups with fewer than 15 students should register through our Information Session & Campus Tour offerings.
• Chaperones: A minimum of one adult chaperone per 10 students is required.
• Scheduling: All Organizational Visits must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Available dates and times are shown directly in the calendar below.
• Arrival Expectations: Groups should arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled visit for check-in.
  • Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the visit.
• Weather & Conduct: Visits proceed rain or shine unless the University closes due to weather. Chaperones are responsible for ensuring appropriate conduct throughout the visit.

Vanderbilt reserves the right to adjust or decline your visit if our guidelines are not met.
