Organization Visit Request

Thank you for your interest in visiting Vanderbilt University for an Organization Group Visit. Please complete this form.

We consider requests for groups of up to 60, not including chaperones. Groups must be accompanied by at least one chaperone per 10 students. At this time, we will be accepting request for visits occurring September 1 through November 30, 2025. The form will close for fall visits on October 1.  Visits typically consist of a 30-minute information session with an admissions staff member & a 30-minute campus tour with a current tour guide, based on staff and space availability. Group visits are for high school groups; middle schools that are part of Metro Nashville Public Schools may also request group visits at this time. Organization visits can only be scheduled Monday—Thursday during the day. 

After receiving your request, we will follow up with availability for your preferred date as soon as possible. All group visit offering will be based on space availability. We are not able to fulfill all requests, and all requests must be made three weeks prior to your preferred visit date. Submitting this request form does not serve as a confirmation of your group’s registration.
